Amir runs a small shop, but he is very fair, goes the extra mile and listens to the customer! First, He squeezed both my car and my wife’s car in on a Saturday on a holiday weekend! Hers passed with flying colors, mine is old and awful and failed. He walked me through exactly what the issues were and each one made perfect sense. Although the bumper likely needs to be replaced, he came up with a much cheaper workaround. He offered a fair price and got to work right away. When it was clear the work wouldn’t be done by the end of the day (windshield contractor out of town). He called me to make sure I got my car back so I would have it for work. When there was difficulty removing the tint from my windows (bc it is ~15 years old), He and his team worked at it for hours at no additional charge before referring me to a tint specialist who removed the rest perfectly and at a big discount. ***Amir cares deeply about the service he provides, and I would trust him fully with either of our vehicles in the future.***

Came in at 10:30am for a State Safety Inspection without an appointment and they called me at 3:30 to let me know they were done. The result was sent via email. Super easy, all I had to do was hand over my car key and contact information. Ali was friendly and didn’t mind repeating himself a few times. People who live in Fells have recommended this shop to me more than once.

Had a great experience here last week! I called & they got me in immediately for my inspection and had the car done in about 2 hours. Pretty decent price as-well. Definitely recommend

This is definitely my #1 place to go in Baltimore for auto repair and anything You need related to Your car needs! The guys are super professional and they do a great job! I recommend this business 100%!! My car needed a yearly service and they did a great job and I didn’t have to take it to the Dealership this time. They fixed and changed everything my car needed without anything extra that wasn’t necessary like in the dealerships.

I was thrilled when they said they could get me in same-day for a MD State Inspection. I dropped off the car on my way to work and Ali had it done just in time to grab it on the way home. He identified a few things that could become problems later and gave his honest opinion about when they would need fixed. Moving is a pain and Fells Point Auto made this part of the MVA hassle a breeze!

I would highly recommend fells point auto! I was able to come in to get my inspection done under short notice which I really appreciated. There was a minor mistake that needed to be fixed and they did it right away no hassle! I will definitely be coming back!

5 stars! Sales Point Auto was fast and efficient. I was able to get same-day service for my state inspection, and when I returned for the repair a couple days later, they got me in and out with no hassle. My car was ready sooner than expected and I still made it to work on time. Great service. I’ll be back.
